All our watches are guaranteed to be 100% Original and they are sourced from the manufacturers, Distributors or reputable wholesalers Only.
WHY ARE YOUR PRICES SO CHEAP?
We source our products straight from the manufacturers, distributors or reputable wholesalers, we buy in high volumes and we are offered preferential rates that we can pass directly onto you. Our prices generate high demand, which enables us to continue making high volume orders - and so the cycle continues. We do not have an expensive High Street Shop to run so our overheads a lot lower and we pass on the savings to our customers.
DO YOUR WATCHES COME WITH A BOX?
All our watches comes with the correct Retail Packagings and Papers, Exactly the same as you purchased it from any of the High Street Shops.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOP THAT WE CAN VISIT?
We are an online-only retailer but, if you are visiting Burgess Hill (UK), you are more than welcome to visit us to view the watch that you are contemplating to purchase. Visits are by appointment only because we do not keep the watches in our office and we will need to collect them from our warehouse prior to your visit. Please get in touch to arrange an appointment.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We are based in the UK. All our products ordered before 2pm are dispatched the same day which means the majority of our UK customers receive their products the next day. We also offer international shipping, so regardless of where you live, you can still take advantage of our best prices and friendly customer service. See checkout for a list of delivery destinations.
ARE YOUR ITEMS BRAND NEW?
All our items are brand new unless advertised in our Pre Owned/Ex Display page. All our Pre Owned watches will be clearly advertised as Pre Owned in the Title and in the description.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
To ensure you're 100% satisfied, we offer a 60-day return policy on all our products - giving you plenty of time to ensure that what you have received is exactly what you paid for. Unless faulty, items cannot be returned after they have been worn for hygiene reasons. The 60 day return period is in place to give you time to inspect your purchase before you decide to keep and wear it.
DO YOUR ITEMS COME WITH A GUARANTEE?
We offer a 2-years manufacturers warranty for all of the brands that we are an Authorised retailer and you will be able to see the Authorised Retailer Badge on the product page. For the brands that we are not an authorised retailer we offer a minimum of 2 Years Watches and Crystals Warranty. Terms and conditions apply.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE 2 YEARS WARRANTY?
Any issues related to the movement or any manufacturer defect. T&C Apply
DO YOU COVER WATER DAMAGE?
Water Damage is generally not included in the warranty unless it was caused by a manufacturer defect.
As a generic rule we HIGHLY recommend to avoid swimming or using the watch in the shower for any watches with a WR below 200M
30M or 50M WR is NOT Water resistant, it will be splash proof at the most.
DO YOU STAMP THE WARRANTY PAPERS?
We Only stamp the papers for all the brands that we are an authorised retailer, for the other brands you will need to keep your invoice or packing slip as a proof of purchase to be able to benefit from our Watches and Crystals Warranty.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
Yes, we can provide a gift bag and gift receipt on request. Please get in touch with us on the website where one of our friendly staff members can assist you.
CAN I UPGRADE THE DELIVERY METHOD?
We have multiple delivery options available at checkout. If an item has already been dispatched, it may not be possible to change the chosen method.
