Refund policy
While we make every effort to describe all our watches as accurately as possible, we accept that occasionally not all items received are as you expected.
If you wish to return your item and exchange it for something else or, in the unlikely event that there is an issue with the product that you purchased, please contact us either via email at support@watchesandcrystals.com or via our live chat and our Team will be more than happy to assist you.
If you are just looking to return your purchase because you changed your mind, doesn't fit or you just don't like it, Please just follow the instructions that you will find on the packing slip that you received with your purchase. Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with your return and advise us the reason for the return.
We offer free returns within 60 days of order delivery T&C apply.
Return and Exchange Eligibility:
All returned or exchanged items must be:
- Returned in new condition and in their original packaging.
- Must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
- Exchanges / Returns may be returned within 60 days from date of dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund if there are:
- Any signs of wear.
- Parts of the item are missing.
- Plastic seals and/or tags on the item have been removed.
- Any links have been removed from the watch, or the watch's bracelet or strap has been made shorter than when the watch was first purchased.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% of the total order value when three or more items are returned at the same time.
If there is any noticeable discrepancies, damage or defect when you receive your order, or if the wrong item was delivered, please refer to the above. Upon receiving your return we will endeavour to refund you the same day however during exceptionally busy periods may take up to 3 working days.
