How It Works

  1. Submit a Request: Use the form below to tell us about your watch and provide your original order number or proof of purchase.
  2. Receive an Estimate: Our team will assess the details and send you a preliminary buy-back offer within 2-3 business days.
  3. Send Your Watch: If you're happy with the estimate, we’ll send secure shipping instructions.
  4. Final Inspection: Once we receive your watch, we’ll inspect its condition and confirm the final offer.
  5. Get Paid: Accept the offer and receive payment via bank transfer or store credit.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Only watches originally purchased from Watches and Crystals are eligible.
  • Must include original receipt or order number, and preferably original box and papers.
  • Watch must be in good condition with no unauthorised repairs or modifications.

  • Returns of rejected offers will be at the customer’s expense.
  • We reserve the right to reject any watch that does not meet our criteria.
