1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of Watches & Crystals E-Gift Cards. By purchasing or using a Watches & Crystals E-Gift Card, you agree to the following terms.

2. Purchase and Redemption

  • Watches & Crystals E-Gift Cards are available in denominations of £25, £50, £100, £250, £500, £750, £1,000 and £2,500.
  • E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed on the official Watches & Crystals website (www.watchesandcrystals.com).
  • E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional gift cards.

3. Validity Period

  • E-Gift Cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
  • Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited.
  • Promotional or complimentary gift cards may have shorter validity periods, which will be stated upon issue.

4. Usage Rules

  • E-Gift Cards can be redeemed across all product categories, including watches, sunglasses, jewellery, and accessories.
  • If the total of the order exceeds the E-Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
  • If the order total is less than the E-Gift Card value, the unused balance will remain available until the card expires.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • All products purchased using an E-Gift Card are subject to the standard Watches & Crystals returns policy.
  • If an item purchased with an E-Gift Card is returned and approved for refund, the refund will be credited back to the original E-Gift Card balance.
  • E-Gift Cards themselves are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Lost or Stolen Cards

Watches & Crystals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of E-Gift Cards. E-Gift Cards should be treated as cash. If you need support with a lost card, please contact support@watchesandcrystals.com.

7. Fraud and Misuse

  • Watches & Crystals reserves the right to cancel any E-Gift Card if fraud, misuse, or unauthorised activity is suspected.
  • Orders flagged as medium or high risk by Shopify or any associated payment provider may require additional verification before fulfilment.
  • Watches & Crystals reserves the right to refuse service if fraudulent activity is detected.

8. Amendments

Watches & Crystals reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be published on the official website and will apply to all E-Gift Cards purchased thereafter.
